Alex Rønne Petersen 1ede3af9f6 std.zig.target: Remove armeb-windows-gnu and aarch64_be-windows-gnu. 
This doesn't actually exist; Windows on Arm only runs on little endian. MinGW
also doesn't work for these targets at all.
