Before this commit:

    fn f() []const u8 {
        const S = struct {};
        return @typeName(S);  // "f()", unexpected.
    }

And now:

    fn f() []const u8 {
        const S = struct {};
        return @typeName(S);  // "S", expected.
    }

Fixes #675.
