Carl Åstholm 4c393c7468 Update usages of fmtId/isValidId ...

`{}` for decls
`{p}` for enum fields
`{p_}` for struct fields and in contexts following a `.`

Elsewhere, `{p}` was used since it's equivalent to the old behavior.
