Andrew Kelley d603121dc3 std.crypto.Certificate.Bundle.macos: rework 
- use ArrayList strategically to reduce allocations
- use a BufferedReader to avoid unnecessary memcpy of the certs
- use for loops
- skip certs with invalid magic instead of asserting
