* Accept -fsanitize-c=trap|full in addition to the existing form.
* Accept -f(no-)sanitize-trap=undefined in zig cc.
* Change type of std.Build.Module.sanitize_c to std.zig.SanitizeC.
* Add some missing Compilation.Config fields to the cache.
