Activate passing behavior tests
...
This moves the single bugs behavior tests to the outer branch and disables the test cases
for all non-passing backends.
For the larger files, we move it up a single branch and disable it for the c backend.
All test cases that do pass for the c backend however, are enabled.

stage1, stage2: rename c_void to anyopaque ( #10316 )

zig fmt now replaces c_void with anyopaque to make updating
code easy.

move behavior tests from test/stage1/ to test/
...
And fix test cases to make them pass. This is in preparation for
starting to pass behavior tests with self-hosted.
