Remove SPARC pthreadtypes-arch.h to match upstream glibc

This is only a temporary measure, we need to properly update the bundled glibc.

folder contents, we're still shipping an outdated and incomplete set of

move lib dirs to lib subdir
...
also start prefering NtDll API. so far:
* NtQueryInformationFile
* NtClose
adds a performance workaround for windows unicode conversion. but that
should probably be removed before merging
