Mark fstype argument to mount as optional

Browse Source 
The fstype argument to the mount system call can be null.  To see an
example run "strace -e trace=mount unshare -m":

```
mount("none", "/", NULL, MS_REC|MS_PRIVATE, NULL) = 0
...
```
